Murphy Realty Group

Cathy is the absolutely best! She helped sell our house with it being on the market for literally 6 days! She is super helpful with the entire process & is always there to ease your mind through the stress of buying & selling. Highly recommend!!

Catherine was amazing. It took us over a year to finally buy our home and Catherine was with us every step of the way. She knew the area well, she grew up there! She helped us negotiate every offer and counter offer in this difficult market and she took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. We highly recommend her and would definitely work with her in the future.

Tough sale for him. He did a great job

Mary was amazing from helping us price our property to closing! Weve worked with other realtors in the past but Mary has been by far the most helpful, attentive and responsive. Mary was always friendly, honest and professional. She made negotiations painless, helped us ease through a few hiccups and always kept us informed on the progress of the sale. She will definitely be our first call if we need a realtor in the future!

From helping us set the asking price all the way to closing, Mary was wonderful! Her upbeat personality combined with her incredible work ethic helped us maneuver a couple of hiccups and keep things moving forward. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have worked with other realtors in the past, but Mary was by far the best agent weve had the pleasure of working with. Unlike some other agents that disappear once the contract is signed, Mary kept us informed on where things stood right through closing. If we find ourselves in need of a realtor in the future, Mary will definitely be our first and last call!
