MULLEN REALTY GROUP, LLC

Robin recently assisted us in the sale of two multifamily homes in Concord, NH. Robin was the consummate professional from our initial exploratory meeting to the closing of our second property. She quickly and professionally responded to each and every text, email and/or phone message. She is respectful to all parties involved in the transactions (including our tenant occupants), and her appropriate sense of humor made navigating any unexpected twists and turns of the process with grace. I highly recommend and endorse Robin Dennis for any real estate transactions.

Robin is great. Always very upbeat and positive. Robin found us a great home that fit our particular needs. Robin is now representing us in selling a home we own. She was right on top of that sale and we couldn't be happier with Robin. We highly recommend Robin for your real estate needs.

Robin was amazing throughout our entire home buying and selling journey. We were buying and selling at the same time with an infant, and she made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel manageable every step of the way. For over three months, she spent countless weekends with us, setting up showings, attending open houses, and writing multiple offers until we finally found the right home. Every time an offer was denied, Robin took the time to explain what happened, helped us adjust our strategy, and encouraged us to keep going. She was always available to answer questions, guide us through every obstacle, and advocate for us from start to finish.

Coming from Colorado, we didn't know the first thing about Realtors in New Hampshire. We found Robin through reviews just like this one. She dropped everything and arranged for us to tour all of the houses we wanted to see in the short amount of time we were able to visit. She understood our needs and was generous with her time, especially when it came to answering questions via phone and text. She even answered questions about our sale back in Colorado that our Realtor there couldn't answer. Somehow, she even helped align our sale and purchase in a seamless manner that made the relocation as easy as it possibly could have been, and all in less than five weeks, which was nothing shy of a miracle.I highly recommend Robin to anyone looking to relocate to New Hampshire, and would happily use her services to sell our house should we have to move again.

Robin is very professional and clear on outlining the process. I have purchased 9 buildings in my life and this was one of the easiest real estate buying experiences that I have had. For the record, I was the buyer and she was the selling agent. I felt she was very transparent about her role and was very honest during the negotiations. To be clear, she represented the "other guy" and I am very happy to give her a vote of confidence as the buyer because of the good job that she did managing the process. To that point, she even took care of little things like having someone take away junk that was accidently left in the back of a shed after the purchase.
