This time was no different than the last time, I had another great experience. At a time when homes are overpriced (in my opinion) she was so helpful with the comps and negotiating. I never felt like she suggested a price just to make a sale, quite the opposite, if the house was overpriced she was quick to say so, I just really felt she was working in my best interest.
