MTM Realty Group

Ashlan gave me and my MIL (the landlord) a good estimate of what her house could sell for when I was uncertain about a "friendly" offer to buy the house. The house had been a rental and was in need of work, but Ashlan thought that she could reach out to investors before putting it on the market. She was always quick to respond and get back to me with an update, the house sold in 2-3 months at a great price. Highly recommend working with Ashlan and MTM Realty!

Meghan did an excellent job working with us to find the perfect home! Her knowledge of the communities in NW Indiana was invaluable! Her patience as we traversed this major change in our lives, combining two households into one, was just wonderful!!!

Meghan was absolutely fantastic to work with when selling our home! She always has a positive attitude and is very caring. Her communication was excellent every step of the way, even explaining things we did not understand. She continued scheduling showings and letting us know of offers we received even while on vacation out of the country! I love that she is detail oriented and stays on top of things from start to finish. Meghan will be my go to when I'm ready to purchase another home in the near future! 100/10 recommend!

We were nervous to buy our first home, but Ashlan made the entire process smooth for us. From the very beginning, she was informative and extremely helpful. Ashlan is the calm to any storm and fun to work with. I will forever recommend her!

Ashlan was great! She always had time to answer questions we had, any time of day. Shes very personable and professional and cares about what is going on with the purchase or sale of your home. Ashlan helped us buy and sell our property and I would absolutely have her be our realtor again!
