We were recommended to Todd through Zillow. We were impressed with him at the first meeting; he was friendly and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable about home purchases and the areas we were looking in. We didn?t find what we were looking for right away, but he never tired of scheduling new showings on the weekends when we were available. It took several weeks and 30 houses, but we did find a house we love - and thanks to Todd the closing went just as smooth as the showings! We closed today and will be moving in this weekend. Thank you Todd!!

As a property inspector, I work with Todd frequently and always enjoy seeing his name come thru. Hes great to work with and always puts his clients first. He is caring and takes the time to inform his clients every step of the way. From what Ive seen firsthand, a Todds clients are put at ease and seem very happy to be working with him. A number of mutual clients have told me how great Todd is to work with and that their homebuying experience has been great because of him. Todd has also given me guidance on real estate interests of my own (good areas to look at, experiences with realtors Ive used, and general real estate business info) as well as honest feedback of my inspections to help me improve in my profession.
