When my husband and I decided to purchase our first home we began searching for properties on Zillow and randomly choose Cat Haines as our realtor. What a blessing from GOD! We are people of faith and believe nothing happens without God's grace and will. Cat is amazing. She is knowledgeable, diligent, thoughtful, accommodating, and most of all kind. We visited many potential homes before Cat introduced us to the property we purchased. Before this purchase we had attempted several contracts that did not pan out and despite our desperation, Cat was patient and held our hands throughout each step. Not only did she locate the property we purchased, but she also put us in contact with a mortgage broker from the area who was amazing and worked diligently to obtain approval for our financing, set up the inspection of the property with two very competent and knowledgeable inspectors (who saved us from buying a different property with many issues), and negotiated changes we needed for our final Contract. We couldn't be more pleased with Cat and her representation of our interests at a very difficult time in our lives. (We were living in a hotel for 3 months during the search after being forced to leave the home we shared with my Grandfather who passed away last June). Cat was aware of our issues and never stopped working and searching on our behalf. We weren't always the easiest work work for and accommodate, but she handled each situation with grace and we were able to move in to our home prior to the closing because of her skill, knowledge, and diligence. We are now in our home and filled with a sense of peace and gratitude to our Father for bringing this wonderful woman into our lives. She truly is a gift from God. I would recommend her services without reservation to anyone in need of solid and honest representation. Thank you Cat, we owe you a debt of gratitude that we can never repay.
