Very knowledgeable, professional, and supportive! Great experience! Will recommend to friends and family. Almost didn't purchase this home because it was out of our price range, but Cat worked with the sellers to make the deal happen.

Cat was our buyers agent. We called Cat on a Friday and told her what we were looking for (we had a lot of parameters and we needed to move ASAP). We were looking at houses on Sunday and they were all what we asked for. We made an offer that day and BOOM! She was very easy to work with and very professional. She was quick and we really appreciated that. She showed us houses that she wasn't listing (like a couple of other realtors we tried to work with). We highly recommend her! We are never moving again, but if we did, we'd ask for her.

Cat is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is extremely responsive and knows her market very well. She listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time with properties she knew would not suit our needs or taste. She was honest with her responses. She managed to get a closing for us when we needed it, despite the fact that it was the first day of hunting season and the entire state was shut down! She did not abandon us after closing either. We have contacted her for recommendations for service providers as well as more real estate transactions. We recommend Cat highly and without reservation. You simply cannot find a more perfect realtor to represent you and your interests.

Cat was great to work with to find a property. She spent time setting up our itinerary to see as many places as possible, and was very responsive throughout the process. We had to do a lot the house buying process long distance, and she really helped accommodate this, and helped us understand the areas we were looking at, since we were not already familiar with them.

I would recommend Cat to assist with your real estate needs. We had talked to many agents but she was the only one who quickly emailed us a bunch of listings to consider.... listings no one else had come up with. She was a trooper too! My husband liked to walk the property and she was right there keeping up if not leading the way. She helped us through a few sticky negotiations until we finally found the one. From contract to settlement everything was smooth and efficient. She is knowledgeable about the area too and was able to suggest a local place for dinner for our first weekend there. We would definitely call Cat again if needed. In fact, I think my husband owes her a ride on the zip line!

When my husband and I decided to purchase our first home we began searching for properties on Zillow and randomly choose Cat Haines as our realtor. What a blessing from GOD! We are people of faith and believe nothing happens without God's grace and will. Cat is amazing. She is knowledgeable, diligent, thoughtful, accommodating, and most of all kind. We visited many potential homes before Cat introduced us to the property we purchased. Before this purchase we had attempted several contracts that did not pan out and despite our desperation, Cat was patient and held our hands throughout each step. Not only did she locate the property we purchased, but she also put us in contact with a mortgage broker from the area who was amazing and worked diligently to obtain approval for our financing, set up the inspection of the property with two very competent and knowledgeable inspectors (who saved us from buying a different property with many issues), and negotiated changes we needed for our final Contract. We couldn't be more pleased with Cat and her representation of our interests at a very difficult time in our lives. (We were living in a hotel for 3 months during the search after being forced to leave the home we shared with my Grandfather who passed away last June). Cat was aware of our issues and never stopped working and searching on our behalf. We weren't always the easiest work work for and accommodate, but she handled each situation with grace and we were able to move in to our home prior to the closing because of her skill, knowledge, and diligence. We are now in our home and filled with a sense of peace and gratitude to our Father for bringing this wonderful woman into our lives. She truly is a gift from God. I would recommend her services without reservation to anyone in need of solid and honest representation. Thank you Cat, we owe you a debt of gratitude that we can never repay.

Cat was very helpful in the sale of our home. I do not believe we could have done it without her. She was quick to respond and brought all offers to the table for us to discuss. She was good at negotiating terms and thinking out of the box.

We were looking for a specific house in west Virginia had to be perfect location and fit our needs . Catherine Haines showed us over twenty different properties , listening to what was liked about each property and what wasn't we found the perfect house and then the work on negotiations started wasnt an easy one as it was an estate sale with lots of parties involved. She handled it with all the patience needed and kept us update during whole process. Need a realtor in Virginia or West Virginia? Look no farther here she is.

Catherine is very responsive. We wanted to sell the property quickly due to the family situation and the passing of my father. She was very reliable and acted quickly.

Cat is very on top of things. I'm selling a cabin that is also a rental place, so she's helped immensely with finding me a wonderful handyman who keeps the place looking good for both renters and potential buyers alike. She strikes me as an aggressive---but not pushy---realtor who knows her clients well. I have every confidence she will sell my property!

CAT SEEMS TO BE VERY INSIGHTFUL ON THE LOCAL AREAS SHE REPRESENTS. SHE IS RIGHT ON AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON IN HER MARKET AREA. SHE CONTINOUSLY KEEPS A PERSON IN THE LOOP AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING. SHE IS VERY ORGANIZED, ENERGENTIC AND PERSONABLE.

I gave Cat a house to sell that was a VERY hard sell. She got the job done. Where three other realtors had failed, she succeeded. In Hampshire County area, there is no better choice than Cat! Not to mention, she dealt with the WORST possible client throughout the sale of the house. Kudos!

I have worked with Cat Haines and United Country on several purchases. I have found Cat and the team at United Country to be very Knowledgeable about the area and I have found them to be honest in all their dealings.I have always been able to reach Cat or other agent when I needed additional information. Dealing with them is dealing with a Hometown, local person and not a big agency.
