Mountain Realty

I have used Natalie for several home and investment property purchases and she has been outstanding every time. On the sale side of things, she is proactive, takes care of all the details that you may never think of, does a great job marketing your home, keeps the ball rolling, and communicates really well. On the buy side, she finds the prospects that fit your wish list and is available and quick to jump on the best ones (things move quick in this market, so you can't delay!). If you are buying or selling in this market I highly recommend Natalie.

I have worked with Natalie across multiple real estate transactions in the Treasure Valley and she has earned every bit of my trust. Whether you are an investor, a first-time buyer, or somewhere in between, she brings the same level of care, honesty, and hustle to every deal. What sets Natalie apart is that she genuinely has your best interest in mind. She will tell you if a property is a good deal or not and she guides you toward the right areas and the right investments without any agenda other than helping you succeed. That kind of honesty is hard to find. Beyond our investment work together, she has helped members of my family buy and sell homes, navigate first-time landlord situations, and connect with the right lenders and resources. She even stepped in to help with tenant screening and placement when I needed it. Whatever the situation, Natalie finds a way to get it done. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and always on. If you are looking for a Meridian or Treasure Valley realtor who will work hard for you and just tell you the truth, I cannot recommend her enough.

If you need a top-tier realtor in Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley, look no further than Natalie Filbert. She helped me navigate a massive relocation from Texas and truly went above and beyond every single day. Natalie Filbert listened to exactly what I wanted, provided detailed video walkthroughs, and made a long-distance purchase feel completely seamless. Her communication was flawless, and her local expertise is unmatched. Even after the purchase, Natalie gathered paint swatches and sent several pictures showing the paint colors compared to the tile and baseboards. Then helped coordinate the painter, and checked on the painter's progress and the finished product. Working with Natalie Filbert was like working with a close friend of many years. I am so grateful for her incredible dedication!

Natalie is the best realtor a person could ask for. A client recommended her and we started working right away. Natalie has a really optimistic point of view, is fun to be around and is exceptionally good at her job. Her calm demeanor is reassuring, and she made sure to help us find the home that would meet our needs. Now, me and my husband are proud homeowners in Boise! It was fun going through so many houses with her to find the one. Natalie was always available to talk, text and email us. She is very knowledgeable, was on top of the contracts, and would always answer any questions we had. We are so grateful for you, Natalie!
