Natalie graciously spent an entire day taking me on a very well-thought-out tour of homes and neighborhoods that fit my requirements, complete with a thick stack of printouts of the listings and a map that showed the location of all of the destinations (very helpful for keeping one's bearings in a new town). She was very attentive to my preferences and adjusted our itinerary on the fly as she learned more about what I liked or disliked in a home; I never had to tell her twice, and she never wasted time showing me a home that didn't fit my parameters. It became very clear to me that she knows this market and her business inside and out. In addition to her professionalism, she is also very personable and friendly, which is pretty important when you're spending hour upon hour driving around in a car and viewing homes with someone! I ended up choosing a different location for the move, but if I had chosen Boise I would have been very confident in choosing Natalie as my realtor, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area.

But Natalie had the depth of knowledge to solve the unique challenges and even made some of the calls and connections to the county, to appraisers, and to the title company to help work through the details. Most importantly, Natalie had the contacts with a lender that was able to work out how to get the deal done when several others had failed previously to find the solution. Many Realtors can list a home in the MLS, but Natalie was able to find solutions and bring value when and how it was needed when others could not. Natalie was so knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process and even showed up on the day of signing with a couple of house warming gifts. What a class act! Trust us...you cannot go wrong with Natalie. We have owned our home now for a few months and think so much of Natalie that we invited her for coffee recently. She is now considered to be a dear friend!
