Mossy Oak Properties Illinois Land and Lifestyle

Jimmy made buying our new house and selling our old house about as easy for us as it could be. I always felt that he was fully invested in us and our wants and needs and making sure we got the best deal we could. Always reading the fine print and double checking everything. I would definitely use Jimmy again but he just helped us buy our forever home. Always friendly and great with communication! Thanks again Jimmy!

Jimmy Rade is an awesome young man with integrity and complete transparency. He is a "hands-on" agent that personally went to the property not only to put the for sale sign in the ground but also set up wildlife cameras. His marketing skills are remarkable and my property sold in a mere 4 days. He truly deserved his commission. I might also add that he is a military veteran who served our great country in Afghanistan. Coming from a military family, I am truly proud to support and endorse his realty expertise!

From the very first meeting with Jimmy, he was very professional and extremely helpful to me. He guided me through the whole sales process and even helped me out on some fixup and presentation items. Jimmy was great in tracking the potential buyer activities and very timely on all communications. Everything went well - I am glad that I was able to work with him! Mike
