James Rade

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Let's sit down and talk about your goals, wants, needs and what it will take to accomplish these items. Ok... now let's go get a pre-approval from your lender and go "shopping".

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Tell me all about what you think you need to do to the place before it goes on the market and I'll probably tell you that you don't need to do half of that... that said, a good cleaning, fresh paint and sprucing up the yard never hurt anyone. Think about first impressions.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I'm quite fond of all of them, but confidentiality is big for me, so their story is safe from me discussing it.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I took a "gamble" when COVID hit and I was fortunately correct.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I am a licensed Managing Broker with a FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot license, Certified Land Specialist, NRCS Technical Service Provider, and Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science.

From the very first meeting with Jimmy, he was very professional and extremely helpful to me. He guided me through the whole sales process and even helped me out on some fixup and presentation items. Jimmy was great in tracking the potential buyer activities and very timely on all communications. Everything went well - I am glad that I was able to work with him! Mike
