Worked with Gus to find a home in NC while I lived out of state. He was the first realtor I have worked with in a while that brought me properties to view before I found them myself, previewed properties ahead of time knowing what I was looking for, and was the devils advocate when I was wowed. In short, a great guy and great realtor. Id definitely not go with anyone else were I to decide to move (again).

She did a superb job of being in touch with us from out of state which excellent communications, sending us multiple addresses to check out and when we had multiple questions (which were many!) she answered with excellent explanations. Her expertise is off the charts amazing. When we had interest in particular listings, she did fantastic work with video taping and explaining the features of the houses. Once we could be local in NC, she continued to guide us and we are thrilled she found us our wonderful new home :). She knows this industry so thoroughly and we appreciate all the help she has given us. She even provided contacts for services we needed such as painters, flooring, who to contact for utilities and so much more. She genuinely cares and we feel blessed that we could have her be the person who helped us through such an important decision and move. I feel like I gained a friend who really cares about me.
