ZillowVERIFIEDWorked with Gus to find a home in NC while I lived out of state. He was the first realtor I have worked with in a while that brought me properties to view before I found them myself, previewed properties ahead of time knowing what I was looking for, and was the devils advocate when I was wowed. In short, a great guy and great realtor. Id definitely not go with anyone else were I to decide to move (again).

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home buyer is a very exciting yet daunting experience. Gus made this process very smooth and we felt fully supported every step of the way. He truly felt like a family member who was looking out for our best interest. He was available anytime of the day to answer the millions of questions we had. I will forever recommend him to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks again for everything Gus!! Thanks to you we are now home owners woohoo :)

ZillowVERIFIED Gus is an amazing realtor and all around great person. We had the best experience with him when looking for our vacation home in Asheville. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods in Asheville as well as the surrounding areas. He was honest and straightforward which we really appreciated. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and educated us on the process. This was huge given it was our first time going through the process in North Carolina. I recommend Gus wholeheartedly! You arent going to find a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Gus was great. He was helpful and informative throughout the entire process. As it was our first time buying a house, we felt it was important to have somebody that had experience walk us through the process. Gus went above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Gus Mujica. In selling our home, Gus Mujica showed all the things you want from your real estate agent. I remember early on in decideing which realtor to go with Gus talked a lot about ten marketing he and his firm would do. Being in a hot market I didnt put much value you in that. But with a house sale, there can be unexpected ups and downs and it was his marketing pushes that got the job done. He communicates well and stayed consistent. Whether it is a for sure sale, or a sale that needs a strong strategy- Id pick Gus again.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a Realtor you can trust and has your best interest in mind Gus Mujica will not disappoint. He truly cares for his clients and has a "servants heart". I looked at a house that I felt at home in immediately. We visited the house the 2nd day on the market due to my schedule. He had the insight to know the house would have multiple offers and guided me through the process. Within the 1st week on the market the owner had 8 offers and due to Gus's involvement he accepted my offer. I could not have done it without his expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED A former longtime renter in Woodfin, I went to friend Gus when I became interested in owning a home. He helped me find a house within my price range in a part of town, and it has quickly come to feel like my home. I wish Gus and his family all the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Gus was a great help in both buying and selling houses for us last year. My husband and I recently married, and my mother was no longer able to stay in her house alone. We had to sell two houses in one summer, and find a house where all three of us could live. Gus gave such great advice and help as I put my mothers older house on the market, and it sold quickly to a great buyer at a good price. My husbands house was in South Carolina, and he referred us to another realtor. His house sold quite fast. And with Gus worked in tandem with a realtor in an adjoining county to help us find our perfect home. He was friendly, professional, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable about so many things. I highly recommend Gus as a realtor.
