Geri and Tim Penner helped my wife and I find and a home in our work relocation from Corvallis Oregon. They were both knowledgeable about the area and the process of dealing with an employer funded relocation. They were able to provide home tours on a flexible schedule and were quick to understand our specific property wants. In our case we were looking for a home with a large lot located near downtown on the west side, ideally in Washington County. All boxes were checked with the property they found. Once the property was identified they helped us through what ended up being a bidding process and contract negotiation while keeping the timeline needed for our concurrent home sale in Corvallis.
