ZillowVERIFIEDI knew the moment I met that Geri and Tim that they would be perfect for my situation. They treated me like a friend from the moment we met. Geri and Tim went above and beyond to help me through the process of selling my mom's house. I don't know what I would have done without them. The sale was quick and painless. I couldn't have asked for better representation.

ZillowVERIFIED Geri & Tim were fantastic. We were first time home buyers and they provided all the support we needed. They were VERY communicative, responding to after hours and weekend emails usually right away. They didnt mind a barrage of questions. They set up same day showings as soon as places went on sale and gave us the right advice to get out first offer accepted and everything went very smoothly. They were also great helping to arrange inspections and repairs. I felt complete confidence in them from start to finish. You wont be going wrong if you go with Geri & Tim!

ZillowVERIFIED Geri and Tim were amazing helping us find our perfect family home! She did not just show homes we found online, but also explained the differences in financing, what is actually owned, and the best ways to build equity. We would definitely recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED OK, I have bought and sold a tremendous amount of homes and used brokers all across the US. I also now wok for a Family Office and have been liaising with brokers on a monthly basis buying and selling my boss' assets. Geri and Tim bar none are the best I have worked with. Their attitude, work ethic, above and beyond-ness. what I mean by that is they took 175% of responsibility for the sale of a house we just sold in OR. They tirelessly worked day/night to solve inspection issues, dealt with trades for us, the list goes on. Their level of experience w the market was extraordinary and I wud recommend them to absolutely anyone. They will be our go-to brokers going forward.

ZillowVERIFIED Can't say enough great things about the best realtors in Portland, Geri and Tim Penner. Spoke to Geri initially as I was still early in the planning stages of potentially buying a home for the first time, and not only did she answer my questions, but she made me aware that there were a variety of programs that exist. Geri and Tim have a great network, and were extremely knowledgeable about the market. But most of all, they were invested in making sure whatever purchase we made would be the right one for us. We never felt pressured, and I'm extremely grateful for their willingness to share feedback on properties I was interested in throughout the process. They are very down to earth people, had a lot of information that they were more than willing to share and educate about, and made every step of the overall stressful process as smooth as humanely possible. I would recommend them to any and everyone looking for great, trustworthy, and honest realtors in the Portland and surrounding areas. Geri and Tim rock!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with Geri. She showed us a lot of properties before we finally found the one, we really wanted. She was patient with us and seemed to truly care about us getting what we really wanted. When we found a new property, we wanted to tour she would get back to us right away. We found her very knowledgeable about all things regarding real estate which really helped us along this journey. She was always honest when asked her opinion which was very refreshing. We recommended her and will definitely use her again if we buy another property.

ZillowVERIFIED The sale transaction was relatively quick given the slower market. While the net cash in from the sale was slightly less than expected, it was still within my comfort zone. Geri gave me advice and very quick response alone the way. This is the third home Geri and Tim sold for me in the past three years. I am happy with the results.

ZillowVERIFIED We selected Geri as our realtor after receiving a referral for her from the Ramsey Group as an Endorsed Local Provider (ELP). She (and her husband, Tim) certainly did not disappoint us. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and very enjoyable to work with. We feel like we have new friends! We highly and readily recommend them to you to be your next real estate team to buy or sell . We were buying and we felt as though we were their only clients because they answered our calls in real time and they promptly responded to our texts and emails.

Even after the house was sold, they were in touch to ensure everything else was good to go. They went even the extra edge to help me deal with donation pick up for any item that the buyer want it to be removed. Thanks to both of them for helping us getting the house sold!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I very much enjoyed working with Geri and Tim in finding a new house and selling my current property. Although I technically hired Geri, they work together as a team to provide excellent service. I was moving to a new area, and Geri provided great input on what makes a nice neighborhood and why some areas might be a challenge. Tim proved to be an excellent resource while walking through multiple home inspections. I did not pick the best market to sell my house, but Geri persisted in a down market to get a great offer. Would highly recommend Geri!

ZillowVERIFIED Geri and Tim Penner helped my wife and I find and a home in our work relocation from Corvallis Oregon. They were both knowledgeable about the area and the process of dealing with an employer funded relocation. They were able to provide home tours on a flexible schedule and were quick to understand our specific property wants. In our case we were looking for a home with a large lot located near downtown on the west side, ideally in Washington County. All boxes were checked with the property they found. Once the property was identified they helped us through what ended up being a bidding process and contract negotiation while keeping the timeline needed for our concurrent home sale in Corvallis. Everything went through right on schedule. I have purchased four previous homes on work relocation and this was the smoothest to date.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Geri from the first buy in Tigard and through the selling of the property. She was with us every step of the way and provided insightful inputs, as well much needed help during the sale of our property in Oregon. Not only that has come with 3 offers after the first day on the market, but she got contacts and pushed the ball further than any realtor I have worked with, ever. I would highly recommend Geri for real estate transactions. She knows understands the areas in Portland Metro and will always be a great resource you can rely on.

ZillowVERIFIED We were new in town from out of the country, and Geri took the time to meet with us and help us to understand the local neighborhoods and how to navigate a very competitive market. She was very responsive in setting up viewings and offers, and also did a great job communicating with the seller on our behalf to get all of the subjects and conditions. We would highly recommend Geri for someone looking to buy a property in her Portland area.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to sales professionals and the other realtor I dealt years ago with was just 'ok'.Geri Penner is NOT your typical professional, she is AMAZING. The Webster's dictionary could place her image next to the Definition of the word Professional. She is a genuinely good person and a pleasure to interact with. In short order, I gained a trust in her the same as if I was being served by a family member. Real estate transactions have so many steps, sometimes setbacks and challenges when dealing with multiple buyers/sellers and their agents. In every circumstance, Geri provided the best advice, prompt service (lightning fast informative and comforting replies) to my every concern. She is an incredible negotiator, putting my needs first throughout the entire process. There is absolutely NO way I could've accomplished my real estate transaction as quickly and with the truly positive financial outcomes without the help and advocacy of Geri Penner.

ZillowVERIFIED When you find people commited to you, knowledgeable of the market, resourceful and not making you feel the pressure to "hurry up" wonderful things happen. Geri when above and beyond, after few months and several houses, we found our dream house and she was determined to make things happen, called people, wrote letters, followed up until we were able to get the house! Great experience, professional, but very friendly, she became a good friend of the family, I will use her services many times! Thank you Geri and Tim!

ZillowVERIFIED Geri jumped right in on our very rushed house hunt. We had all of one weekend to find our new home. It was a very tiring two days, but we found a great house for ourselves in those two days. Geri was also incredibly helpful and available during the purchasing process, which was somewhat more difficult than these things usually are (no fault of Geri's; mostly owing to the appraisal process and sellers' schedule). She fought for us and always kept us up-to-date, particularly when we could not be in Portland in person.I would recommend Geri Penner to anyone looking for a new home in the Portland area.

ZillowVERIFIED Geri made the difficult and frustrating process of finding a home a breeze. She worked tirelessly to find open homes we can go and see, willing down the list by using the criteria I had given her. She knew the area, listened to me when I described my wish-list, and was always more than willing to drive to just one more open house. If I ever decide to buy another house then Geri would be the only agent I will contact.

ZillowVERIFIED Geri Penner is a consummate professional in the real estate market. As a new seller, I was ready to market my home and since we were moving out of state, I had a timeline that we wanted to follow. I was referred to Geri by the title company that was handling my new purchase out of state and I couldnt be more thankful. Geri is so personable and easy to talk with regarding the staging and professional photos of my home. She is artful in marketing using social media. My home was on the market for less than 3 days resulting in multiple offers over the asking price. I attribute this to Geris understanding of the real estate market. I highly recommend Geri Penner when you are ready to sell your home. She is outstanding!

As its not easy to purchase a home she stood with us every step of the way and through every obstacle. She is very knowledgeable about the market in Oregon as well as the laws and environmental safety. She also has knowledge about markets in CA and Canada. She really made us feel at home here and introduced us to the area. It was a great experience with her. I highly recommend her for buying and selling of any home for any type of family.
