Jordan is an amazing person and realitor. What I appreciated is her honesty, her can do attitude, and also how we were in alignment with everything. One of the defining things that really sold me with hiring her was the fact that she communicates. I would contact her maybe once a week for updates, and she would get back to me in a timely manner. I really appreciated the active communication. Also, I appreciate her honesty. I talked to some realitors who would give me evaluations sight unseen and they were selling a pipe dream of a bygone era that is no longer the case at this time. So, I was looking for brutal honesty about what we had to work with, and how (process, and timelines) we could get to a sale. I also greatly appreciated her connections with various contractors and folks who were able to fix issues that came up after the inspections. She never let it be a roadblock. If it were not for the fact that I am out of town, I would gleefully hire her again.

This was my first time selling a house and while I knew the basics, Jordan McAllister took the time to fill in all the details right from the start. She came to our first meeting prepared with research on the house and neighborhood. Jordan offered guidance on timeline, even suggesting that I could put the house on the matket before I moved out, which I hadn't previously considered. When it came time to make decisions on listing price and offer negotiations, she laid out her reasoning thoughtfully and if our opinions were not in alignment, she still supported my decisions. During the critical (and potentially stressful) inspection period, Jordan was very responsive and helpful in moving the closing process along to a quick, successful conclusion.

As an investor, I have worked with Jordan on multiple projects and I can confidently say she is top notch. Her due diligence is solid, her negotiating skills are off the charts, and her years of experience show every time we do a transaction. She is your advocate in a confusing world when you may or may not know if your interests are being protected. Your agent matters A LOT and Jordan will have your back. She's also a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend her highly enough!
