ZillowVERIFIEDJordan was right there the whole way. It was a long journey for our family. We had to wait to sell the house for various reasons, but Jordan was with us as we prepared. I always felt like she knew our unique situation, while also being in tune with the market in the area and the larger real estate trends and issues. Her being there with answers to questions and great connections for people to address issues that came up helped us more than I can find words for. Besides being personally connected, she was also honest and forthright with reality all along the way. It was refreshing and reassuring. I would highly recommend Jordan for anyone looking to have a positive experience selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan is an amazing person and realitor. What I appreciated is her honesty, her can do attitude, and also how we were in alignment with everything. One of the defining things that really sold me with hiring her was the fact that she communicates. I would contact her maybe once a week for updates, and she would get back to me in a timely manner. I really appreciated the active communication. Also, I appreciate her honesty. I talked to some realitors who would give me evaluations sight unseen and they were selling a pipe dream of a bygone era that is no longer the case at this time. So, I was looking for brutal honesty about what we had to work with, and how (process, and timelines) we could get to a sale. I also greatly appreciated her connections with various contractors and folks who were able to fix issues that came up after the inspections. She never let it be a roadblock. If it were not for the fact that I am out of town, I would gleefully hire her again.

ZillowVERIFIED As an investor, I have worked with Jordan on multiple projects and I can confidently say she is top notch. Her due diligence is solid, her negotiating skills are off the charts, and her years of experience show every time we do a transaction. She is your advocate in a confusing world when you may or may not know if your interests are being protected. Your agent matters A LOT and Jordan will have your back. She's also a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend her highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Jordan over a year ago to help sell my house. It has been a long roller coaster of ride. I had to evict tenants that werent paying rent, repair the property, and deal with two burglaries with the last one happening the day before closing. Jordan has been very supportive and extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the entire process. I would definitely hire her to be my agent again!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan is my favorite realtor I've worked with. I called to sell my house when I was ready and she made sure to get an appointment for pictures within a couple days before the weather forecast predicted rain. My house was listed within a week and she made herself available for open houses the first 3 weekends. She's very responsive and I had my house under contract inside of 3 weeks. She doesn't pressure you at all in either the buying or selling process. She is focused on helping you find the right house for you and or selling at the price you desire and not her sales comission. She listens to your needs and wants and works with you on desired price. Would highly recommend and will use her again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan went above and beyond as our realtor. She took full initiative in every step of the home buying process, was very communicative, and really helped us with every small detail of the process. There was a day she toured 7 homes with us. She truly has an amazing work ethic and I will definitely be recommending her to anyone serious about the home buying process. Thank you for all your work Jordan! We couldn't have done it without you.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm glad that I found Jordan! This was my first home sale and I was a little stressed. I had interviewed a couple of other agents and wasnt impressed. It was a sellers market and they just wanted a quick commission without putting in any effort. Jordan came prepared with a positive attitude and an aggressive plan to get top dollar for my house. She helped me prioritize my tasks, identifying things I could do to maximize the curb appeal and scratch the things that would have minimal impact. She took charge and explained the process every step of the way. When the buyers got too pushy, Jordan pushed back. I enjoyed working with Jordan and am very happy with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Were so happy that we chose Jordan to sell our home! Shes incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Jordan really made our house shine online which brought in a lot of showings and we had 2 great offers within 4 days! When our buyers loan almost fell through, Jordan was upfront and honest with us and ready with a plan B (which we didnt end up needing, but it was reassuring that she was prepared). We felt like Jordan was really on our team and wanted to make sure WE were happy, not just make a sale. We would definitely use Jordan again!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have used Jordan twice now once in Portland Oregon and once in Gig harbor Washington. Both of our experiences with her have been amazing. Jordan worked very hard to sell our property for us in Gig harbor, she walked me through all of the steps for selling land that I didn't know about and really put in the extra effort to make sure we got what our property was worth. Jordan McAllister takes the time to make sure you understand every step of the sale process and know exactly what is going to happen next. Above all Jordan fights for her clients interests and I have complete confidence in her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Jordan in 2016 on the purchase of our home, and again in 2019 when we decided to sell & move out of state. We were so happy with Jordans hard work, enthusiasm and dedication to our purchase, it only made sense to work with her again for the sale. In both cases, Jordan exceeded our expectations. We were under a time crunch for the sale & had to leave before closing. Jordan took great care in managing those last details after wed left. One of the many highlights of working with Jordan is her communication, she was always available to us via text/call. We would highly recommend Jordan, and are sad we cant import her to Massachusetts for our next purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan McAllister was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all our questions in a very timely manner. The photos and virtual tour of our home exceeded my husbands and my expiations. When an issue came up with the appraisal Jordan worked very hard to get us what our house was worth. While her price was very competitive we received top quality service. I would recommend Jordan McAllister to any one that is trying to buy or sell a home, she will work hard for you.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Jordan on both the purchase of and the subsequent sale of our home when we had to move away from Portland due to job circumstances. In both situations Jordan was extremely professional, thoroughly explaining the process and helping us work through any issues that generally arise during these times. She was responsive to our needs, and always on point. She even went to the paint store and bought us paint when we had to do some touch-up work on the home. I would highly recommend working with Jordan and have passed her information along to all of my friends still in Portland should they be in the market to sell or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan has helped us on many important purchases and sales in our lives, and we can't recommend her more. She is extremely attentive and patient, helping you find just the home you are looking for, whether it is for yourself, or for future tenants. We have found her expertise indispensable as we have navigated the fast paced and competitive Portland-area real estate market. When selling our home, she was able to help us price the home so perfectly that it received a full price offer within 24 hours only to be appraised under the sale price, ensuring that we were delivered the highest possible sales price for our property. When buying our replacement home, she showed an unparalleled level of patience and fortitude as she balanced the needs and wants of not just one, or even two, but three people's distinct and unique opinions. The replacement investment property had to be the perfect overlap of all three of our long term investment goals and individual tastes. After months of viewing no less than 5 homes a weekend, she was able to help us find the gem we were looking for at a price we could afford. If you need a new home in SE Portland, or are looking to sell your home, Jordan will take care of you with the best customer service and responsiveness you can expect from a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We are grateful to have found such an approachable and friendly agent who helped us navigate the crazy real estate market in Portland. We met a few other agents and she was the first one who actually took the time to ask and answer our questions and seemed to have our best interests in mind. She showed us about 7-10 houses and was very patient and positive during our search and pointed out the pros and cons of each place. We feel extremely lucky to have found the house we did and we believe that her assertiveness and expertise throughout the whole process helped the transaction go smoothly. She prepared the comparable market pricing analysis and gave us valuable advice to help us buy the home. She was always extremely responsive to the point where I wondered if she ever took a day off! In fact, when some signatures were missing from the sellers paperwork, she personally saw to it that it was signed before the deadline. I recommend Jordan to anyone who is looking for a professional with a personal approach to the home buying process to get things done right.
