Josh Anderson is a fantastic realtor...I highly recommend him! We were buying a second home in Tulsa from out of state, so everything was handled remotely. Our first condo under contract fell through late due to an unexpected HOA reserve issue that would have required an extra 10% down. Josh worked hard with the HOA, listing agent, and our lender to try to save the deal. When it was clear the seller wouldnt budge, he was upfront and helped us walk away with our earnest money fully refunded. He continued sending us quality listings every few days for months while we sorted out our timeline, never pressuring us. When we found the right condo, he guided us through the process and connected us with a strong local lender who made a big difference. Josh is patient, genuinely friendly, low-key, and easy to work with. He made the entire experience enjoyable. We love our new condo and couldnt be happier with his help.
