ZillowVERIFIED Stephen Brocks is, without a doubt, the best and most thorough realtor in the Tulsa, OK area. He has the experience that is needed to navigate a real estate market with a scattered and relatively confusing socioeconomic distribution in Tulsa. He knows exactly where you should look with respect to your price range to find the best home for you and your family. He is extremely well connected -- if you need options for lenders, general contractors, home cleaners, appliance retailers, etc, he will be able to help you with personal connections. We found a house for which we will be starting a near-complete renovation. If we hadn't been blessed enough to have Stephen as our realtor, his connections, and his concierge-esque service, we could've never undertaken such a daunting task, and we would've missed out on an amazing opportunity. Lastly, if for no other reason, hire Stephen because you want a great realtor who actually cares if you're going to be happy with your home purchase instead of simply looking to tally your home purchase/sale in his commission column.

ZillowVERIFIED Even though I am not a first time home buyer and have a good bit of real estate knowledge I found Stephen's advice to be quite helpful. This is the first time we had looked at new build homes and he was very informed about the process of buying a new home vs an older home. I would say without Stephen's assistance my husband and I may have ended up selecting the wrong home for our particular needs. He was also very quick to respond to my many texts or calls. I also found Stephen to be 100% engaged during the process with a friendly and open demeanor.

As soon as he introduced himself and began to discuss the house I was touring, I felt like he was a realtor I wanted to work with. I was not ready to purchase yet, and I let him know that I was checking out Tulsa because I would be moving back soon after being in Texas for 6 years. He didn't shrug me off when he learned this. He continued to converse and was very personable. We kept in touch and the following spring we began the house hunt for me. I had very specific tastes and wants with my new home, and he was very keen on finding homes that fit my list. After a few months of browsing houses, I found the perfect home, my forever home. As soon as I walked in, I wanted it. He picked up on the fact that I wasn't mentioning things I wanted to change and could tell this was it. He worked and worked to negotiate with the selling agent to get everything I wanted, but also kept things realistic with compromising terms. The most important thing I can say about my experience with Stephen, Scott and the rest of the Brown & Co team.... I trust them. I never felt steered, hesitant, or questioned what they told me. This was my first home buying experience and while it was intense and stressful at times, Stephen was very patient, and guided me through it all. I can't express the feeling I got at closing when I was handed the keys to my first home. I will forever be grateful for the effort and tremendous amount of dilligence I saw come from Stephen and Brown & Co. They stepped up, and now I'm an extatic home owner.

Takes the time to educate himself on the properties, never has excuses, only answers and is more responsive than any realtor we've ever encountered in the buying and selling of previous properties. His communication and promptness are unmatched. Also his support team is superb. Kudos to his closing manager Scott. My wife and I needed a responsive and dedicated agent who could help us buy our dream home with peace of mind. Our biggest concern was that we were living and working out of state at the time. He put a list together of our dream properties and we came and toured a dozen gorgeous homes without a catch on a Saturday. He had our offer in first thing Sunday and he engaged in active negotiation with the sellers realtor into the evening hours. Monday we had the news it was a done deal! Unbelievable!
