Suzanne was amazing to work with! She is knowledgeable of the area, and the home buying process from start to finish. Very thorough with her work. Couldnt have picked a better person to help me with the process.

Unfortunately, my experience with Suzanne Valentin has been a nightmare. She became my property manager in December 2019 and has failed to effectively or efficiently manage the home. She continues to ignore serious requests pertaining to deficiencies within the home - some work orders remain outstanding following 92 days since initial report. In addition, I have hazardous mold growing in the home I am leasing, which remains unaddressed 43 days following initial report to Ms. Valentin. While she may be a good realtor, she is not an effective property manager.

Her knowledge of the housing market is outstanding. Her knowledge and passion for her clients will rival anyone else. She is helpful and honest. When you need to sell fast or have time to wait for the perfect buyer she will always be there to make the right moves and decisions and always come out on top.

She is knowledge about the area, the housing market, and each home itself. She knows when to move forward and when to walk away. And timing is key. She will respect your wishes on every look. Whether she agrees or not she will always guide you in the right direction and only wants whats best. She is honest and realistic and helpful and passionate. Working with her is like working with your best friend. Always full of positive energy and laughs. Not only do you gain an amazing house but you also gain a confidant and friend. Suzanne started as just our realtor but ended up becoming a life long friend.

Suzanne was amazing from start to finish. We only had one weekend to find a home and I had flew in from Tennessee to house hunt. Her extensive knowledge of the area was key as we had never been here before. Even with our tight timeline, she managed to handle everything perfectly which made things less stressful. Her real estate expertise was essential as we were unfamiliar with the cost of the area and what the norms were. I would say Suzanne went above and beyond what a normal Realtor is supposed to do for their clients. I will definitely recommend her to anyone moving to this area :)
