Most people say that their agent is the best and they base this review on victories. Well I'm here to say that Joe is the best and my review is based on how he handled a difficult situation. I hired Joe to help me find an apartment. During this process multiple cashiers checks needed to be put into escrow. Well I wasn't approved and my deposits were to be returned. It turns out that the financing department misplaced one of my checks. Mistakes happen (we all make them) and it was resolved the very next day. When the check was found, Joe sent me an email which had his email conversation with financing and it had the times of each email. I was shocked to find out, comparing my call log with the email times, that Joe called me immediately when he found out about my misplaced check. I wonder how many other agents would've tried to hide this and/or lie to try and buy time while the situation was resolved. To me, this shows a huge amount of integrity. I believe that people's true character is revealed when things go wrong. If you want to work with an honest agent who will give it to you strait, than Joe Miranda is the Real Estate Agent for you.
