ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold my home after 18 years of happiness in order to downsize. At the same time I was purchasing a condominium in an area that would accommodate my 3 dogs. Moving from your home as others have to move in can be a harrowing experience particularly if you have a 30 day closing.I had seen a condo I liked and Joseph Miranda of Keyes Realty was working for me to get all of the above completed.Given that I am a Type A personality it seemed impossible that i could be even slightly happy in the process.Well, the process was painless and actually very rewarding. I sold my house for more that asked because of multiple bids (Joe knows his strategy), did it in a few weeks, and we closed in 30 days. I moved out in the morning and was in the condo by 4:45 pm. I had 37 boxes of stuff plus furniture and because we got the ideal condo for me it all fit. AND I got to know as a BFF my real estate agent, Joe.All along the way Joe guided me, took many phone calls (early AM to late PM and even during a retreat he attended) , cared about my personal welfare, cared as much about my dogs, showed my house and I didn't even know he came, and helped me to obtain workers to do some fixes whose prices were unbelievable. If you want to sell and buy then try it the stress free way- get Joseph Miranda of Keyes. I even recommended him to my broker. Joe has impeccable integrity, works so hard I can't even imagine him getting sleep, does everything with quality and honesty and always tell you that it is all going to work out. He must have a guardian angel watching out because he can do the impossible and it ALWAYS does work out.Get Joe please if you want the best in service whether you are buying and selling or just selling or just buying. Good luck it is an easy process with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Most people say that their agent is the best and they base this review on victories. Well I'm here to say that Joe is the best and my review is based on how he handled a difficult situation. I hired Joe to help me find an apartment. During this process multiple cashiers checks needed to be put into escrow. Well I wasn't approved and my deposits were to be returned. It turns out that the financing department misplaced one of my checks. Mistakes happen (we all make them) and it was resolved the very next day. When the check was found, Joe sent me an email which had his email conversation with financing and it had the times of each email. I was shocked to find out, comparing my call log with the email times, that Joe called me immediately when he found out about my misplaced check. I wonder how many other agents would've tried to hide this and/or lie to try and buy time while the situation was resolved. To me, this shows a huge amount of integrity. I believe that people's true character is revealed when things go wrong. If you want to work with an honest agent who will give it to you strait, than Joe Miranda is the Real Estate Agent for you.
