We tried to sell our house in multiple local groups on Facebook, but no buyer even came close to our asking price. Paia visited our house and told us she could sell it for 25% MORE than we were asking! I was skeptical, but within two weeks of listing she found a nice family who paid the full price in cash! Paia was very helpful to us throughout the whole process. She was realistic in her expectations (even though they sometimes seemed extremely optimistic), recommended qualified professionals to paint and clean the interior, and was happy to lend a hand where she could in getting the place spruced up and ready to list. 5/5 stars, would definitely recommend selling with Paia!

Amazing job Paia did. She went above and beyond finding us a house we could call our "home." Answered all our calls/text super quick and any info we needed to find out about purchasing our home.
