The Emond's were awesome! This was my first time buying a home so I had a ton of questions. At a friend's recommendation from when he worked with Tristan, I called Tristan a couple months before I came up to look at houses and he gave me plenty of advice. I flew up and we looked at a bunch of houses. I was torn between two houses so he helped me draw up offers on both houses and was really patient while it took me a long time to decide. He had excellent recommendations for a home inspector and then a banker who in turn recommended an insurance company. Got everything done pretty quickly and Tristan helped a lot with the negotiations following the home inspection while I was tied up with work and didn't have a phone at times. His and Sarah's process of dealing with the paperwork online and having a way for me to securely sign things on my phone was awesome with me being all over the country leading up to the move. Really appreciate the work they put into making this an easy move and I've already recommended them to several friends moving up here!

We found out we were moving to Rapid City on short notice, and we wanted to buy a home quickly. With little notice, Tristan and the team at Mindful Living Realty helped us view multiple homes in person and remotely. Tristan was very helpful throughout the process and put our needs ahead of his own many times throughout the purchase. He was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and he did a good job of communicating with all of the people involved with the home purchasing process. When it came time to close with our VA loan, we found out that the VA wanted the deck painted before theyd be willing to lend us money. While my wife and I were across the state, Tristan and his team painted the deck and got us our close date! We are very thankful to have found Mindful Living Realty and will do business with them again if we buy or sell in the area again.
