The MLR team took the time to listen to our home interests and even provided an extensive tour of the greater Rapid City area. As homes of interests came up, Tristan was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, offering constructive guidance for each home. When THE home came on the market in the Spring of 2023, the MLR team orchestrated a FaceTime walkthrough within a couple hours, as well as an offer on the house which was in our preferred neighborhood. The team at Mindful Living Realty were incredibly generous with their time and expertise. When we were within a few months of our desired time frame we happened to be in the area so we contacted him and he gave us some contacts for mortgage companies. We prequalified and the next day he had three houses to look at. We really liked the second house and he helped us put an offer in that day. It was accepted and we now live in Rapid City. I found Tristan on YouTube, and what was very impressive and caught my attention quickly was how knowledgeable he was about the area. He was very excited and understood what his city had to offer. I knew I wanted to work with him when, he got into his car and went inside the local store to show us prices of milk and meat and a very important treat ice cream. He was personable yet professional.
