Milligan Real Estate

I highly recommend Todd. Hes extremely knowledgeable about market conditions, patient, but tough when he needs to be. I sold my property in 10 days, without a hitch. He also recommended an extremely effective lawyer. Top marks for Todd!

Todd was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made helpful suggestions and was always there when needed. He was excellent when dealing with other agents.

Todd gave us the best professional advice on preparing and pricing our home for sale. During the entire process, he was on top of everything, a step ahead of everyone, and always available for our questions and concerns. Todd is an exceptional realtor and person! aEUR"Maggie and Harry Darrow

* My wife and I ended up buying a home in another area with another realtor, but I wanted to leave Todd (and his associate Ryan) a 5 star review.Todd worked with my wife and I in our search for a home in New Canaan and Norwalk. We really enjoyed his easy-going, zero pressure approach to home buying, even in a crazy seller's market. Todd is experienced and very knowledgeable about the area and about home ownership and home renovation generally. He happily answered dozens of questions via email/text, gave us driving tours of various towns and of course accompanied us to see many different houses. His opinions are always backed by evidence and experience and you never feel like he's trying to make the decision for you. As he told us, "Home buying is supposed to be fun!" Although it was a rough experience for us buying in such a low inventory environment we really appreciate Todd's attitude and customer service throughout the time we worked with him. We'd also like to give praise to Ryan Panny who also showed us several houses during the weekends. Ryan shares the same local knowledge paired with a friendly, zero pressure attitude.

Todd made, what could have been a difficult process, easier and was outstanding in every way. I recommend Todd for all of your realtor needs. He answered every question in ways easy to understand. I live out of state and was concerned about not being local during the process and it went so well....Todd is wonderful.
