ZillowVERIFIED * My wife and I ended up buying a home in another area with another realtor, but I wanted to leave Todd (and his associate Ryan) a 5 star review.Todd worked with my wife and I in our search for a home in New Canaan and Norwalk. We really enjoyed his easy-going, zero pressure approach to home buying, even in a crazy seller's market. Todd is experienced and very knowledgeable about the area and about home ownership and home renovation generally. He happily answered dozens of questions via email/text, gave us driving tours of various towns and of course accompanied us to see many different houses. His opinions are always backed by evidence and experience and you never feel like he's trying to make the decision for you. As he told us, "Home buying is supposed to be fun!" Although it was a rough experience for us buying in such a low inventory environment we really appreciate Todd's attitude and customer service throughout the time we worked with him. We'd also like to give praise to Ryan Panny who also showed us several houses during the weekends. Ryan shares the same local knowledge paired with a friendly, zero pressure attitude.

Todd was on top of things, exceptionally responsive, and everyday we knew where we were at in the process. We explained what we were looking for and he provided like properties. We saw homes 30mins from where he lives on multiple occasions and he made himself available. He offered perspective on pricing and provided comps so we could make fully informed offers/decisions. Todd was the best advocate for us and helped us get from point A to point Z: negotiating a tricky Hubbard clause with difficult sellers so we could buy the new home contingent upon selling our previous home, reviewing comps on the new house so we didnt overpay, preparing our home to list and listing for an appropriate asking price which got us multiple offers within a few days, and closing both deals in a timely manner. Thanks to Todds help and expertise, we ended up accepting a full price offer on our old home and negotiated one month of rent-back so we could do necessary renovations on the new home prior to moving in. It really was a dream scenario and we are so grateful for Todds representation.

Todd was indispensable in seeing this through, as it was necessary to work with government agencies that were not always available, and not overly supportive to the process. It was only due to Todd's perseverance that this sale was completed to the utmost satisfaction of all parties, thus avoiding foreclosure and its related challenges/issues. I would not for a moment hesitate to retain Todd for any real estate related transaction; he is fully knowledgeable, proactive, and the utmost professional in every respect.
