Dream Home with Farnad I currently reside in Southern California, yet due to personal considerations, I have been contemplating a move to the Bay Area. In pursuit of this relocation, I embarked on the search for a real estate agent who possesses qualities such as empathy, understanding, and a genuine respect for both my time constraints and the geographical nuances involved. I had to opportunity to work with Farnad Fakoor in my home buying process. Farnad understood specifically what I was looking for. Farnad provided great insight to the local and surrounding areas of the PA/Menlo/RWC areas in the Bay. She has a lot of experience as a resident and an investor in the area. Her communication was timely and she prioritized me as her client. I would strongly recommend her as a realtor whether youre buying or selling.

Farnad did an outstanding job in getting me my first home! She found this beautiful townhome when I told her where I would like to live. Once I saw the home with the realtor and looked at the property with the inspectors the process of bidding was to begin. I was elated that our bid won. Farnad had arranged the inspections and also contacted the city to ensure everything was in order with the unit. She answered my queries promptly and kept me in the loop with all developments. I highly recommend her as an agent. Thank you Farnad! Paul K. (A Happy Homeowner)

I am writing to recommend Farnad Fakoor for your residential real estate needs in Atherton, California. We have had the pleasure of working with her for about 4 months and during this time, she did a great job at fixing, and staging an older home for a rental and eventually helped sell the home at a price that was higher than what we listed it for. We found Farnad to be very helpful in finding resources for the repair/refurbishment, getting competitive quotes and supervising their work. In addition Farnad did an excellent job of staging the home so that it looked very attractive to prospective renter/buyers. Farnad is not only highly competent but also a pleasure to work with, consistently demonstrating her dedication, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond. Sanjay Subhedar

Farnad did an outstanding job assisting us in the purchase of 2 homes and the selling of 1 home in the Menlo Park, CA area. Farnad has an excellent, contemporary style as it relates to staging homes to sell. Her expertise in the local housing market was instrumental in determining competitive purchasing prices while considering the future resale values for the area. Farnad was approachable, easy to talk to and very communicative. I highly recommend her as an agent.
