ZillowVERIFIEDDream Home with Farnad I currently reside in Southern California, yet due to personal considerations, I have been contemplating a move to the Bay Area. In pursuit of this relocation, I embarked on the search for a real estate agent who possesses qualities such as empathy, understanding, and a genuine respect for both my time constraints and the geographical nuances involved. Fortuitously, I came across Farnad Fakoor, an exceptional agent who exceeded my expectations in every aspect. What sets Farnad apart is her unique approach?she doesnt merely aim to sell a property but dedicates herself to the task of discovering your ideal estate and dream home. Throughout this process, Farnad exhibited remarkable patience, unwavering perseverance, and an impressive depth of knowledge. Her commitment and diligence were instrumental in helping us locate the perfect spot for our future home, turning what could have been a challenging transition into a remarkably smooth experience. I feel incredibly fortunate to have enlisted Farnads services, as she not only met but surpassed our expectations. Her invaluable input and steadfast perseverance truly made a significant impact on the entire home-buying journey. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Farnad Fakoor to anyone in search of a real estate professional who not only understands the market intricacies but is genuinely dedicated to helping you find your dream home.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am writing to recommend Farnad Fakoor for your residential real estate needs in Atherton, California. We have had the pleasure of working with her for about 4 months and during this time, she did a great job at fixing, and staging an older home for a rental and eventually helped sell the home at a price that was higher than what we listed it for. We found Farnad to be very helpful in finding resources for the repair/refurbishment, getting competitive quotes and supervising their work. In addition Farnad did an excellent job of staging the home so that it looked very attractive to prospective renter/buyers. Farnad is not only highly competent but also a pleasure to work with, consistently demonstrating her dedication, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond. Sanjay Subhedar
ZillowVERIFIEDI had to opportunity to work with Farnad Fakoor in my home buying process. Farnad understood specifically what I was looking for. Farnad provided great insight to the local and surrounding areas of the PA/Menlo/RWC areas in the Bay. She has a lot of experience as a resident and an investor in the area. Her communication was timely and she prioritized me as her client. I would strongly recommend her as a realtor whether youre buying or selling.
ZillowVERIFIEDFarnad did an outstanding job in getting me my first home! She found this beautiful townhome when I told her where I would like to live. Once I saw the home with the realtor and looked at the property with the inspectors the process of bidding was to begin. I was elated that our bid won. Farnad had arranged the inspections and also contacted the city to ensure everything was in order with the unit. She answered my queries promptly and kept me in the loop with all developments. I highly recommend her as an agent. Thank you Farnad! Paul K. (A Happy Homeowner)
