Michelle Chase Home Wise Realty Group

Thank you Michelle for your professionalism. How you handled the transaction and our family dynamics was quite impressive. You expertise in negotiation shone brightly. Again, thank you for your responsiveness and your expertise. It is very much appreciated!

Michelle is a ROCKSTAR real estate agent. She found the perfect house for me, in the area I wanted to be, and for a great price! I couldn?t be any happier with my choice to go with Michelle and I will recommend her to everyone. She is very experienced, well-connected, and knows the area very well. Her contract knowledge is excellent and she is an outstanding negotiator. She was able to get me everything I wanted and then some at the closing table. There was a house that I really liked but I was unsure about the undeveloped land behind it. She able to get me all of the information on it right then and there. She even found the development plans and showed me exactly what the area behind the house would look like a year from now. We must have toured over 30 houses in a span of about a month until we found the house I am in now. She is REMARKABLY dedicated to serving her clients. She was always available to show a house even if it was last minute. She always responded promptly to texts and calls. She would even write up a contract for me immediately if found something I liked. It didn?t matter what time of the day, she was always available and working for me. She had my interests at heart and didn?t try to sell me on anything that wasn?t right for me. She is my realtor for life!

Michelle knew just what to do. Her advice and recommendations, her personal investments in staging, her connections to home repair professionals, all produced 5 showings in 10 days that lead to two concurrent offers. The result: selling for more than list price with no concessions. I recommend her to anyone in the west Orange and north Lake County area; Michelle crushed it. She works fast and furiously. Five Stars all the way.

Michelle Chase is AMAZING! She is beyond knowledgeable, professional, friendly and is always fighting for her clients. We have both sold and purchased through Michelle and hands down, she?s the best.

The best realtor I have ever worked with. Thorough and quick. She knows how to show a house to it?s full potential. Very responsive to every question and continues to assist even after the sale.
