There was a house that I really liked but I was unsure about the undeveloped land behind it. She able to get me all of the information on it right then and there. She even found the development plans and showed me exactly what the area behind the house would look like a year from now. We must have toured over 30 houses in a span of about a month until we found the house I am in now. She is REMARKABLY dedicated to serving her clients. She was always available to show a house even if it was last minute. She always responded promptly to texts and calls. She would even write up a contract for me immediately if found something I liked. It didn?t matter what time of the day, she was always available and working for me. She had my interests at heart and didn?t try to sell me on anything that wasn?t right for me. She is my realtor for life!

My husband and I met Michelle at an open house she was hosting a street over from our home. She met with us that same day and, after hearing how confident she was that our house should definitely be listed $49,000 ABOVE WHAT ANOTHER REALTOR SUGGESTED, we hired Michelle on the spot! She staged our house beautifully, and she hired an AMAZING photographer to not only take and post pictures but video as well. In addition, Michelle also began showing our house even before it was officially on the market! Like every seller, we wanted to ensure that we received top dollar for our home, but we also needed to sell our home quickly to ensure a timely move at the end of the school year (and to be inconvenienced as little as possible).
