Brad Spry was professional; he knows real estate and the area he serves. In addition, he was a great listener, with a very laid-back approach that quelled any anxiety I may have had in the selling process. It was a Zen-like process with Brad; however, he had his bases covered in terms of the business side. He also provided me with a ?to die for? real estate lawyer and pulled in another Coldwell Banker associate to cover when he was out of town: Libby (Elizabeth) Talbot. This was a trio of awesomeness: professional and knowledgeable, but flexible true listeners who made the process of selling my house as ?charmed? as possible.

Brad is busy for a reason, he keeps his eye on the prize for his clients. He understood the market of too little sellers and too many buyers. Being a local, he suggested prime location areas. He was quick to point out areas with high noise (commuter roads and Air Force base).

Brad is a great realtor. He is very knowledgeable and capable. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I have both bought and sold homes with his representation and both transactions went incredibly smoothly and successfully.

Ive dealt with other realtors over the years for both buying and selling my own homes. But this was the sale of my parents house and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor to guide me and help me through the process. He recognized the value of the property to me...not just financially, but emotionally as well. He always responded promptly to my questions, he followed through with everything he promised, and in the end we received the best offer I could have ever asked for after less than a week on the market, the day after the open house, over asking price, and closed within a month. I would absolutely recommend Brad to anyone in need of a realtor.

We really enjoyed working with Brad. When we first decided to sell our home, we were dragging our feet and trying to choose between different agents. Brad told us on a Tuesday that he would arrange an open house for two days on the upcoming weekend. We went with his offer and worked closely with him throughout the sale. He always let us know how buyers responded to the showings. He even contacted buyers with earlier offers to let them know about changes. He was very accommodating in every way. When our lawyer was not available, he was able to get one with whom he worked in the past, and she was able to draw up an agreement on a moments notice. Brad also made good suggestions which helped make the sale. We were very happy with everything that he did.
