Brad told us on a Tuesday that he would arrange an open house for two days on the upcoming weekend. We went with his offer and worked closely with him throughout the sale. He always let us know how buyers responded to the showings. He even contacted buyers with earlier offers to let them know about changes. He was very accommodating in every way. When our lawyer was not available, he was able to get one with whom he worked in the past, and she was able to draw up an agreement on a moments notice. Brad also made good suggestions which helped make the sale. We were very happy with everything that he did.

After getting some very useful feedback from him, we decided to stick with him for the remainder of our search, and were very glad we did! ZillowVERIFIED I consider myself very lucky to have had Brad Spry as our buyer's agent when I recently sought an area home for a daughter moving from out-of-state. We found and considered a house beyond the "fixer-upper" stage prior to Brad coming on board. When Brad saw that we had fantasies of salvaging it, he declined to represent us on ethical grounds because he honestly believed it would be an unsafe environment for my young grandson. We soon disabused ourselves of that questionable property and welcomed Brad back. He understood the type of property and land we sought. I thought my house was worth more than Brad said but he let me list it at that price anyway saying that it would only cost us time. Sure enough he was right.
