Steavy Pruitt is a class-act! I was an out-of-state buyer that was new to the area. Steavy quickly learned what we wanted... and did wonders. Steavy not only found us the perfect house but also took time to introduce us to the area. During the process of buying, she was a great communicator, kept us informed, advised us on next steps and there were never any surprises. Even more important that her skills as an agent, her ethics and dedication are unmatched. I should also say that I too am a Realtor, with another Realtor like SteavyaEUR| she will be hard to beat.

We have a new development with 16 lots. 12 were available and not moving at all. We signed with Steavy and in a couple of months she had sold all but one lot. Shes a go getter. Buying or selling, she'll work hard for you.

Steve is an amazing real estate agent, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is knowledgeable about both the surrounding area and the business, and makes customer service an absolute priority. Steavy is a dedicated agent that takes time to get to know the needs of her customers and surpasses expectations!

Steavy is a pro. She definitely goes above and beyond. We saw, what felt like, 50 homes over 3 months to find the perfect place. She was so patient and helpful

Steavy helped us find the perfect home. She put up with us asking last minute to go see different homes. She didnt mind going back MULTIPLE times to our home to make sure it was THE ONE. Late night phone calls and text with questions before we made the decision to go for it. Going over in detail line by line of the inspection report with us. She is honest, welcoming and hilarious which makes the whole experience less brutal ??
