My wife and myself were faced with a career relocation 6 hours from the metroplex and had a home that we were needing to sell prior to relocating and Danny and his team went above and beyond for us. We had and extreme amount of competition in our neighborhood that also included new home builders deeply discounting new homes . Even in a slower winter market and all the competition Danny still got our home sold in the time we needed. We were very impressed with his ability to remain calm and collected in the negotiation period. That type of composure is what led to us getting what we wanted, but also left the new home owner feeling happy and not taken advantage of. Throughout the selling process Danny stuck by our side with a difficult Builder for our new home we were buying.He treated our deal like it was his own home and family. He truly does work hard at all hours to make you happy. Not only did we have the sell/buy process go well, but his team also made the transition between homes seamless .
