I was looking to purchase a co-op. Kim happened to be the selling agent on one that I found. From the moment I met Kim, I knew I was in good hands. How professionally she presented herself. Everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand. It wasn't the coop for me. Not long after that, Kim found me a wonderful coop. Kim's words to me from the beginning were that she would be with me from beginning to end. Believe me she was. As with coops, it was a bumpy ride but worth the wait. There were times when I became frustrated, and Kim was right there for me. Reassuring me every step of the way. Kim was professional, knowledgeable, very friendly, and treated me like family. The real estate business has many intricate facets that can easily leave any home buyer overwhelmed. However, as my buyer's agent, Kimberly De La Concha made the home buying process less of a savage hunt and more like fine dining! To put it another way: If there was ever such a thing as a real estate boxing club, Kimberly De La Concha's team would be easily undefeated. Kimberly was attentive to me as her client, knowledgable about the market, presented various residential options reflecting my hopes and dreams and knew how to bring other star professionals to her corner. It is to be expected in any start-to-finish real estate transaction that hiccups arise, but that's why your choice of an agent is very much valued! Kimberly De La Concha always adjusted the sails to minimize the effect for me, whether it was rescheduling, confirming, reasserting, communicating, and, of course, listening to my needs and concerns. Now my new co-op brings a new difficulty: Do I wany my eggs scrambled or over-easy? So darn stressful!
