Expert handling for an inexperienced and nervous seller. Calm assuring and educational responses were given. Personal involvement beyond the usual was greatly appreciated by me and will always use my experience as a reference for future needs.

We are Incredibly Thankful to Michael for helping us find the perfect home for our family. He was so good and patience with us being first time home buyers. He was always available to answer question and explaining every little detail about the process. Even when he was busy or away he would always get back to us in a timely manner. We really could not have asked for a better more professional and knowledgeable person to guide us thru this process. We just couldn't thank him enough and would very highly recommend him to our family, friends and anyone. He is simply the best.

Carol and her team were amazing to work with from start to finish. Finding the appropriate for our family was not a simple task. We required a home that could be modified to accommodate handicap access without a tremendous amount of hassle. Cafe Realty's insight into this arena was unparalleled as I do not know of any other Realtor that is capable of truly understanding and delivering this type of service. I would recommend Carol & Cafe Realty for any real estate need. If they could make this happen for us, they can make it happen for you.

I highly recommend Carol as she helped me and my husband sell our 4 bedroom colonial and downsize to a perfect townhouse that fitted our needs and requirements. So not only did she sell my home but help us buy a new one.Carol's knowledge of the area was extremely helpful as we did not have clue as to what town houses were in the area as we wanted to stay in the same vicinity and wanted to be near work, family and friends. Carol guided us thru the process for both selling and buying at the same time. That is one of the reasons I have given Carol a 5 star recommendation. She is personable, knowledgeable, was always there to answer all of our questions and guide us thru this emotionally time of our lives.

I sold my mother's home and never had to return to NY State to do so. When dealing with Cafe Realty, the entire office is there to support you. My process was primarily email and I received responses and recommendations within 30 minutes of an issue. This office is incredibly professional and had my best interests at bay. House sold for $10K OVER list price.

I am delighted to have the chance to share my thoughts about Carol, Elisa, Walter and the entire CafA(C) Realty team. I have known Carol, Elisa and Walter for several years and when it came time to purchase a commercial real estate property, I didnt think twice about who I should use. I already knew that they were very patient, understanding and trust worthy. However, I was very impressed with their wealth of knowledgeable about the local real estate market and local zoning laws. Initially, I was unable to find exactly what I was looking for in a property, but that didnt deter Carol, Elisa and Walter. They simply came up with different ideas and options to suit my unique needs. This proved how perceptive and intuitive they are and that they will go above and beyond to find the perfect solution to ones real estate needs. At times, decisions can be very complicated. Carol, Elisa and Walter at CafA(C) Realty have the knowledge, expertise and years in the industry to help you find the right property in a timely manner. They also will be with you every step of the way to help you navigate through what could be a stressful time if you dont have the right team in place. Carol, Elisa and Walter worked extremely hard for me and I am happy to refer them to anyone I know who is looking for real estate agents. They are simply the best!
