I retired from the Army, but kept my house in JC as a rental. As tenant's leases would expired, I would explore selling my house since I was out of state. At the end of June beginning of July 2019, I contacted Staci for listing my house to see if there was any interest. The housing market in JC had decline since I bought the house in 2010. Staci was upfront about the housing market. Somehow, we were able to go under contract at about $5K highly than I expected. Great huh? However, during the due diligence period, hail damage was discovered on the roof and it needed replaced. I'm out of state and freaking. Staci has great contacts with local contractors. My roof was replaced before closing. Cliff from Residential Roof did an excellent, quick job and my house closed on time. Staci was always available to answer any questions. She has lots of local knowledge and experience. This retired Army MP officer highly recommends Staci to anyone thinking of selling their home. Thanks Staci!!!
