She helped me get the sellers to have little things fixed, set up an interior paint job and carpet replacement all before I arrived so that my new house would be ready for me upon arrival. She did multiple trips out to the property durring the holidays so that she could check the progress of the jobs even before closing. She worked fast with the other agent in order to facilitate my timeline and that of my lending officer.

Staci provided expert knowledge of the area, and did marathon showings with us over FaceTime finding a way to show us every nook and cranny. 100% would recommend her every time and I most certainly will go to her if I need to sell my home

Mathis Luker was a natural choice since they had been, as property managers, taken care of it all that time, and also has a realtor agency. Staci Schroeder handled the whole transaction from beginning to end in a very professional manner. knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating are words I would use to describe my interaction with Staci. We worked together, and in about six weeks the place was sold. I could add a few more things about my experience with Staci but will leave it at that. the house is sold. ZillowVERIFIED Staci was amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She kept in mind that we were looking for a profitable rental property and she was very understanding of what we had in mind. She found out about a property that would be perfect (which it was) and got us a showing the same day before it was officially listed. Staci was on top of everything and answered any and all questions. She also helped through a little bit of the loan process because the lender did not want to accept a POA since my husband was not here through the process. I will definitely go back to Staci and recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED I retired from the Army, but kept my house in JC as a rental. As tenant's leases would expired, I would explore selling my house since I was out of state. At the end of June beginning of July 2019, I contacted Staci for listing my house to see if there was any interest. The housing market in JC had decline since I bought the house in 2010. Staci was upfront about the housing market. Somehow, we were able to go under contract at about $5K highly than I expected. Great huh? However, during the due diligence period, hail damage was discovered on the roof and it needed replaced. I'm out of state and freaking. Staci has great contacts with local contractors. My roof was replaced before closing. Cliff from Residential Roof did an excellent, quick job and my house closed on time. Staci was always available to answer any questions. She has lots of local knowledge and experience. This retired Army MP officer highly recommends Staci to anyone thinking of selling their home. Thanks Staci!!!

She gave us all of the information on the houses and if she didn't know a certain fact then she would offer to find out and/or tell us where to go to get it. She responded in a timely manner and was never late to appointments. She was amazing with our little girl. She didn't come across as someone who was working; she came across as an old friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Staci is an excellent person to work with. My wife and I bought our first home on 8 JAN 2016. Despite numerous delays thanks to the bank and VA, Staci continued to work through all of the issues and go above and beyond to get the problems resolved. She is extremely responsive when I needed to communicate with her. One of the most frustrating aspects of our process was never being able to reach someone at the bank to get a status update yet Staci always made time to send an update or answer my questions. I would highly recommend her to any first time home buyers and anyone needing a great realtor. She is very honest if a home you are viewing is something you should consider or not based on the condition of the property. Staci possess a ton of knowledge and experience. In the future if we sell our home we will be sure to use Staci.
