ZillowVERIFIED I recently dealt with Mathis Lueker Real Estate and specifically the owner-broker Trish Lueker. Trish is a consummate professional and because of this it was a smooth and actually enjoyable experience. Her knowledge of the regional real estate market comes from many years of buying and selling business and residential real estate. Because of this history she is also well connected to the people and resources needed to accomplish fast and efficient real estate transactions which she did in my case. I really appreciated her calm and pleasant demeanor as she helped me navigate the turbulence of major decision making and meeting deadlines. I found her readily accessible anytime I needed to contact her and she was very proactive about keeping me informed. Trish has that rare combination of strong leadership skills with compassion for others. She is honest and takes into consideration what is in the best interest of her client. I would also like to say her staff was very efficient and great to work with. I would highly recommend Mathis Lueker Real Estate for anyone needing to buy or sell real estate as I'm sure theyll find it a positive and fruitful experience as I did.

ZillowVERIFIED Our small home is located in an adjoining county and home sales are known to be quite slow there. We contacted Mathis Lueker about listing our house. Trisha reviewed current market reports for the area and came out to our home to assess its positive and its negative attributes. She advised us on areas to address before listing it on the open market and advised us on the current sales price range for this square footage and condition of the house. We followed her recommendations. She represented us with other agencies buying-clients as well and when a buyer came forward with a contract offer represented our interests very well. Trisha took a lot of stress off our shoulders and brought us through the entire process. She sold our property in much less time than other homeowners have experienced in this area with other companies. We are very satisfied with her attention to service and highly recommend her and her agency.

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to commend with high recommendation, the sophisticated professionalism on how Mathis Lueker Real Estate has handled in selling my parents/childhood home. There were no stones unturned as their attention to detail from the beginning to the end was easily handled. I have worked with a lot of realtors/ brokers from Los Angeles, Seattle to New York City, they all can learn a lot from Trisha Mathis Lueker and her associates. I am very appreciative how quickly she sold my parents/ childhood home and there are not enough adjectives how great they were. Please contact them in all your real estate needs. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start my praise of our relationship with Trish Lueker with Mathis Lueker Real Estate? Jeanie and I knew we were in the market to purchase some more property but weren't sure just what we wanted. Our search ranged from vacant lots, lots with a building, warehouse, all the way to some very nice homes. Trish went out of her way to be available to show us what we were looking at as well as making some suggestions for us based on what we had told her. She took the effort to get people to do estimates for the repairs of things we pointed out that we would want done if we were to purchase a property. Thanks to Trish, we found the perfect property for us and closed in a matter of a month from when we first contacted her. If you are in the market to buy real estate, I, with out hesitation, highly recommend you contact Trish! She gets the job done but, more importantly, she is personable and REALLY cares about the needs of her clients!!! That means a lot to me.
