Melissa is a pleasure to work with; My husband and I had an excellent experience with her helping us buy our first home. She is very responsive and goes above & beyond to track down information, coordinate tours, discuss offers, and overall ensure we are supported as first-time buyers. Melissa welcomed us to our new home with a thoughtful gift basket. We pivoted from looking in Westborough/Grafton - which are two of her markets of expertise - to looking in Ashland/Holliston and even though she has not focused as much on these locations, she was able to support us with research and connecting with selling agents during the search process. Offer negotiations are a tricky art & science, but Melissa offered up her support where possible, pulling market comparables, insights on the property, and leveraging her experience etc. to help us make more informed decisions. Melissa is personable and dedicated - we recommend her to local house hunters!

You can't find a better real estate agent than Melissa Ellison. She is as good as they come. She represented us in the sale of our No. Grafton home and the purchase of our home in Sudbury. Her knowledge, ability to recommend and coordinate high quality resources (mortgage broker, attorney and inspector) as well as her professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail impressed us every day! THANK YOU, Melissa. We would love to work with you again. K&B

Melissa was an amazing agent to work with as we navigated our first homebuying experience in a very difficult and tricky market. She was recommended from a relative who had a great experience with her as well. We toured a number of houses in the Westborough area, and ultimately found our dream of a first house. Melissa was incredibly attentive, helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, especially for first time homebuyers who were new to all the intricacies. We couldn't recommend Melissa enough for your selling or buying agent. Thanks again!

It was a total pleasure to work with Melissa on selling our home. From start to finish she was not only thorough, professional, hard-working, responsive, and knew her stuff in regards to selling a home, but she was kind and efficient, especially now during Covid. We felt safe and secure through the entire process. Melissa not only helped us sell our home for top dollar, but made sure the process went as smoothly as possible from start to finish. She was clear and concise in her assessments, honest and forthright in offering her opinions and guidance, and remained completely transparent and kind throughout. *Highly Recommend!*

Melissa made the sale of our home as easy as it could have been. She was very accommodating with her knowledge and willingnesss to assist in any way she could. I would highly recommend Melissa !!
