She was able to help me narrow down what specifically I was looking for in a home as well as target specific neighborhoods. This was not easy, since it was difficult for me to know myself what I was looking for. After that Melissa hooked me up with the daily listings from MLS that aligned with what I was looking for. She sent me specific listings she thought might interest me and offered her insight for ones that I identified as ones I liked.
