Martin and Tope Real Estate

Jess Smith was great throughout the entire process. My wife and I lived in another state and Jess stayed on top of all the changes that occurred during our search for a new mountain home and during the purchasing process. She was professional, informative, and friendly. I felt like Jess treated us like we'd been friends since grade school. She truly made us feel like she was working in our best interest the entire time. I would strongly recommend using Jess Smith as your real estate agent/broker. Thanks Jess, you did a great job! Jessica worked with me for a year in an effort to sell a property (35 acres) in Colorado. During that time, she interacted with several interested parties and kept me informed of the status of the inquiries and offers via thorough communication. Although the property did not sell, likely the result of the land having some challenges along with the current market, I want to make it clear to all that Jessica was consistently on point in orchestrating the sale of my property. Cheers.

Jess was amazing helping is find our dream property! She knows the area and helped us navigate everything. Very responsive and great to work with, she is awesome!

Jess was great to work with & made the process of listing our lot near Westcliffe Colorado easy, we live in Michigan & it was great to have someone we could trust working to find a buyer for us. Our land sold within 40 days of listing for a great price for both us & the buyer. If you are looking for an agent in the area you cant go wrong choosing Jess Smith as your agent! JW.

Jess was amazing. This was our first time buying and she was so helpful and walked me through the whole nerve racking process, from guiding us in finding the right inspectors to helping with our lender. She was able to answer any questions we had and "Dumb" down the lingo when I felt like I was over my head. If you want someone that is not only professional but makes you feel like family she is the one to go to. She really went above and beyond for us and our family. Thanks for helping us find our forever home Jess!!!!!!!!!!
