Amazingly, she received 3 phone calls the first day, offers within 3 and an accepted offer within 4! Closing within about 3 weeks!!! Wow! It couldn't have gone any better!!! And she was so wonderful about calling me and my son to discuss....it was as close to being in person as it could get!! I highly recommend Jessica!!!

Jess would also always make time for us when we would travel down to personally check on the progress. Review I found Jessica Smith to be above average in terms of realtors with whom I have had dealings. She is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and realistic. She helped me when I asked her for information prior to my having a contract with her. She gave sound advice, often helping me to see the pros and cons of various options and offers but always ensuring I made the decision. She kept me informed of showings, the positive and negative things that people had said about the property, and potential issues and delays. What she told me came to fruition, not some pie-in-the-sky promises. She returned calls within a reasonable timeframe and let me know when she was not going to be available. She made me feel as if I were her only contract/sale during the short period it took for the house to sell. She is a diligent worker and used many resources to get information on the property to the public, resulting in several showings and the closing in less than 3 months. Jessica was extremely helpful with answering questions, finding resources for me (service providers and other) and was always very prompt with getting back to me in response to text messages, emails, or phone calls. She was very professional and effective in communicating with everyone involved (me, my lender, the seller's agent and service providers). Jessica also kept things on track without my having to ask her to do so, and was great at hounding anyone who was holding things up. :-) Her advice with negotiating the purchase price and handling issues raised from the home inspection was very valuable. I would not hesitate to make use of Jessica's services in the future as either a buyer or seller, I'm sure she can handle both roles with aplomb. It was very refreshing to find someone as professional, efficient, and helpful as Jessica. That seems like a rare thing these days. Review Anyone that's ever bought a home knows that it's stressful. There's a lot of documents and moving parts. Jessica went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy and seamless as possible. She showed us many houses, often giving up time on her weekend to accommodate to our busy schedule. She was patient with us as we searched for, and eventually found, our dream home. The majority of the documentation was sent over to our email immediately following a step in the process. And, in electronic form which made it simple for us. She was in constant communication with us the whole way, making sure our needs were met and everything was going the way it was supposed to. She helped coordinate deadlines for us, and helped us through speed bumps along the way. As a first time homebuyer, I've never dealt with another real estate agent... but, Jessica has set the standard. If/when we ever buy another home, or sell, we will be giving her a call.
