Markham Realty

I recently decided to make a change and move closer to my family. I asked for a recommendation of a Realtor, and my sisters immediately responded aEURoeAlicia Lansford with Markham Realty in Huntsville!aEUR? Alicia sold my sister and brother in laws house and they were extremely happy with the job she had done for them. I contacted Alicia asking her to represent me. I shared with her my list of criteria for a home. She went to work and soon put together a list of over 50 listings. I was able to look at these online and have Alicia arrange for me to visit a number of places until she found the right place for me. During the process, she communicated often and kept me informed about what was going on. She put me in touch with an awesome mortgage broker, and a couple of super inspectors. We closed on time and everything went very smoothly. I feel like she got the best deal for me almost as if it was her own money being spent. Heres the bottom line, I recommend Alicia Lansford and Markham Realty. If one of my family or friends engages Alicia as their Realtor, and for some reason are not satisfied with the job she does for them, Ill pay her commission. Thats how confident I am in Alicia.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alicia at Markham Realty, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Alicia was professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to finding the perfect property for me. She guided me every step of the way through the process of buying my river property, offering insightful advice and answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. What stood out most was her commitment to making sure everything went smoothly, from initial viewings to the final paperwork. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, which made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I'm so happy with my purchase, and I would absolutely recommend Alicia to my family and friends. If youre looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Alicia at Markham Realty is the one to call!

Alicia responded quickly to all my questions and went above and beyond. I am very new to land buying and she walked me thru every step of the way. Thank you very much Alicia and looking forward to working with you again

My husband happened to meet Alicia Lansford at an open house and knew right away that she was our realtor. Alicia is knowledgeable, professional, works hard for you, and has your back. Alicia and her agency did a great job, and our house sold quickly. She is informative, straightforward, and would remind us about things that needed to be done in the chaos of selling and buying a home. It was easy to communicate with Alicia and she was always quick to respond. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. We highly recommend Alicia Lansford!

Alicia Lansford of Markham Realty responded to our interest in local properties on the Zillow website. As a former Texas real estate broker, I was impressed with her knowledge and skills helping us locate ideal properties for purchase. Alicia served us well as a buyer's agent considering all principals were out of town or out of state. Ed W and Kathryn S.
