Alicia sold my sister and brother in laws house and they were extremely happy with the job she had done for them. I contacted Alicia asking her to represent me. I shared with her my list of criteria for a home. She went to work and soon put together a list of over 50 listings. I was able to look at these online and have Alicia arrange for me to visit a number of places until she found the right place for me. During the process, she communicated often and kept me informed about what was going on. She put me in touch with an awesome mortgage broker, and a couple of super inspectors. We closed on time and everything went very smoothly. I feel like she got the best deal for me almost as if it was her own money being spent. Heres the bottom line, I recommend Alicia Lansford and Markham Realty. If one of my family or friends engages Alicia as their Realtor, and for some reason are not satisfied with the job she does for them, Ill pay her commission. Thats how confident I am in Alicia.

Even though the properties that we were most interested in considering were an hour or more from her office, she was extremely accommodating to us in scheduling showings. She even hiked the property lines with us, spending the time we needed to gather information as we evaluated our options. Alicia was clearly focused on our needs, and did her very best to ensure that our goals were met from initial property view through closing. She gave us wise counsel regarding practical considerations of crafting and negotiating an offer to purchase, arranging utility transfers, managing insurance and tax considerations, and ensuring that so many more important details were properly addressed. She was able to refer me to services I needed in the area, and she was on top of everything. I found Alicia to be frank and forthcoming with the information I needed. I knew the house needed work, but she assured me that it would show well and sell quickly once it was emptied out and cleaned up. I dont think Alicia ever denied any of my requests. She even went to the house and picked up the TV equipment I had neglected to return when I terminated the satellite service -- way above and beyond what was reasonable to expect from a Realtor. The house sold on its first day on the market for the full asking price. Alicia and Makayla from Hometown Title made the closing easy and quick. I could not have asked for a better experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Alicia is absolutely amazing! As a first-time home buyer, I had no clue what to do but that was alright because I had Alicia. She is deeply knowledgeable and was able to explain step by step what I needed to do and how to do it. Truthfully, all I had to do was pick a house and apply for a home loan, Alicia basically did the rest of the leg work. Throughout the entire process she was available whenever I needed her or just had a random irrelevant question, 7 days a week, day, and night, she was there for me. Alicia is professional, patient, and well connected within the community. When I ask for recommendations for contractors, she sent me a list with names and numbers with a little synopsis of each contractor capabilities. Long story short if you are looking to buy or sell a home than she is the one. You would be crazy not to pick Alicia as your agent.
