Mr Keith helped get us in the house we wanted. Made it happen and hooked us up with an incredible mortgage broker when financing fell through due the the acreage we were purchasing.

Keith is very unprofessional in my experience. He sold me a house I later found out was his good friends and failed to disclose numerous issues including the roof (which he told us was sure to last 15 years but failed after 2) the AC which had failed with the previous owner and was taped up in the attic to stop the freon leaking, and let the previous owner take a heating unit after sale without permission.

Keith Black is the BEST! I have never worked with a more professional, knowledgeable, patient, engaging, intelligent, and caring person. He begin the process with me, was engaging throughout the process, and patiently stayed with me until the end of closing. He walked me through the entire process and made it flow very easy. Keith was amazing during the whole process of looking for a house, through closing and even after! He was knowledgeable of the area and understanding of what I was looking for. After closing he even took me to the court house to do the paperwork there I needed for E911 and waste management. I was clueless and he was a life saver.
