He sold me a house I later found out was his good friends and failed to disclose numerous issues including the roof (which he told us was sure to last 15 years but failed after 2) the AC which had failed with the previous owner and was taped up in the attic to stop the freon leaking, and let the previous owner take a heating unit after sale without permission.

ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough good things to describe my experience with Keith. He worked tirelessly, patiently, and diligently during my home search. We started in December and looked at many homes, made offers on three places that did not work out before finally finding the perfect place. Keith gave excellent advice during the negotiations, then continued to stay on top of the progress with the listing agent during the closing. The closing turned out to take much longer than anyone expected due to issues with the property titles. Keith worked through the issues with the seller, mortgage company, listing agent, and attorney while keeping me informed and encouraged that the deal would work out.
