Matt assisted me in the sale of my home which closed January 2020. I had been following the market for two years, doing my homework and it took all of two minutes to KNOW that Matts credentials made him the guy to get the job done. He was spot on in his advice throughout the entire process, a fast read and made it as uncomplicated as possible. As a matter of fact, I think the trickier the task, the more he might enjoy the process. Hes a problem solver and on top of everything else, a really likable guy. I really should start a fan club because I was just that impressed. Now here I am a year and half-ish later and I received an email from Matt with my old place listed (today). My buyer is now flipping the property. He wanted to share the news. GREAT guy.

Unbelievably horrible experience working with Matt. He picked up the phone and was cursing at me within 30 seconds of answering the call. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my entire life. Please beware of this agent and do not allow him to represent you, as I now have zero interest in the property he listed.
