Once under agreement Julie remained present to navigate the waiting period till closing including find a local plow driver to help us out due an unexpected large snowfall. Since the house was vacant, she checked in on it for me, and sent me photos of the heating oil fill levels to ensure the home stayed heated until closing. Overall we were very pleased with our experience.
